How can I use TuneOn and RoboOn?
You can turn on voice filters in the Options view while singing. Access the Options view by pressing ”triangle”.
Can I turn lead vocals off?
Yes you can. Lead vocals are set to be on when you start the game but if you wish to turn them off simply go to the Settings view where you can choose to turn them off.
Is there a two player mode in SingOn?
If you have two SingStar mics you can play a collaborative mode in SingOn and be scored together. SingOn is currently working on a two player mode which will be added into the game in the next update. Stay tuned!
I can’t find my favorite song.
Have you already looked from Songs and made a search? If you can’t find your absolutely favorite song please send us your request by Twitter, Facebook or Google+ and we will add it to our request list. We are adding new songs to SingOn every week and we are happy to hear your wishes!
What are Time Passes?
With a Time Pass you can access SingOn’s full song library instead of being limited to free songs. You can choose between a 3 hour pass, 2 day pass and a one year pass.
How do I get a Time Pass?
You can buy a Time Pass from the PlayStation®Store or from the SingOn Home view by selecting ”Buy a Time Pass”.
How long is my Time Pass valid for?
Time starts running when you start your first song. F.ex. a two day pass lasts for 48h from the moment you start your first song.
How does the app work?
The app turns your mobile phone into a remote control. You can search for your favorite songs and add them to the song queue while others are singing.
Can I download the app for any mobile phone?
The app is currently available for iOS phones and tablets and soon also for Android devices.
How do I get the app?
You can download the app for free from the App Store . When you have downloaded the app you will find a pairing code in the Settings view of the game. Simply type the code into your mobile phone and it’s synchronized with the game.
PS. You can use the same code in multiple smartphones so that all your party friends can also modify the queue while singing.
Which microphones are compatible with SingOn?
You can use most USB mics with SingOn.
Can I use SingStar microphones with SingOn?
Yes, SingStar microphones work perfectly with SingOn.
How can I reduce mic latency?
New Smart TVs use audio processing to enhance the performance which increases latency. You may be able to turn it off from your TV settings or you can use external speakers for your audio playback to get rid of the latency.
How can I adjust the microphone volume?
You can quickly adjust your microphone volume by going into the Options view when singing by pressing ”triangle”.
My microphone doesn’t work. What should I do?
Check your PlayStation®3 audio input settings from the PlayStation XMB menu and SingOn Settings view and ensure you have selected the correct input. If it still doesn’t work check all connections and the volume level of the microphone in the SingOn Settings view.
In which countries is SingOn available?

Is SingOn available for PlayStation®4?
SingOn is available for PlayStation®3 only at the moment. PlayStation®4 players stay tuned since we have plans to expand our game in other game consoles and platforms as soon as possible.
Is SingOn available for Xbox, Wii, Smart TVs etc.?
We are expanding our business but there are no set dates for other platforms.
If I buy a one year Time Pass for my PlayStation®3 is it possible to use the same subcription in PlayStation®4?
Time Pass subscriptions are tied to your PlayStation®Network account. However SingOn Time Passes are currently valid only on PlayStation®3.
